Early Life and Career
Born in the village of Staroye Shaymurzino in the Drozhzhanovsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, he began his career as a chairman of the XXII Part's Congress collective farm in the same district in 1956. He held this position until 1988.
Political Involvement
Between 1959 and 1963, he served as a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Tatar ASSR. He was also a delegate to the 22nd Party Congress and the 3rd and 4th All-Union Congresses of Collective Farmers.
Awards and Recognition
In 1974, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labour. Additionally, he received:

Later Life and Legacy
