Biography of Alexandra Dahlström
Alexandra Dahlström is a Swedish actress who was born in Evle and grew up in Stockholm. Her father is Swedish and her mother is Russian. She is fluent in Swedish, Russian, and English.
Rise to International Recognition
Dahlström gained international recognition in 1998 after her portrayal of Elin in the film "Fucking ?m?l" (released in Russia as "Show Me Love"). Her performance in the film earned her the "Golden Beetle" award for Best Actress, shared with Rebecca Liljeberg. Despite receiving numerous offers to act in new films, she declined, stating that she wanted to finish school.
Collaboration with Lucas Moodysson
In 2002, Dahlström once again worked with director Lucas Moodysson on the film "Lilya 4-ever," this time as an assistant director and translator.
Television Series in the Netherlands
From 2007 to 2008, Alexandra Dahlström appeared in the Dutch television series "Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden" on RTL 4. She portrayed a Swedish exchange student named Skylar Nilsson, who was living in the Netherlands.
