Early Years and Education

Aminiandjan Rausulov was born on March 25, 1922, in Khujand, Tajikistan. A Tajik by ethnicity, he pursued higher education, graduating from a factory school in 1934. He then studied at the workers' faculty of the Agricultural Institute in Khujand (1934-1939) and the Central Asian Industrial Institute in Tashkent (1939-1940).

Military Service and the Great Patriotic War

In December 1940, Rausulov was conscripted into the Red Army. He fought valiantly in the Great Patriotic War, participating in battles to liberate cities such as Stalingrad, Minsk, and Prague, among others.

Civil Service and Political Career

After the war, Rausulov embarked on a distinguished civil service career. He began as the head of the personnel department of the Leninabad Regional Executive Committee in October 1945. His subsequent appointments included:

Head of the political department of the Leninabad City Executive Committee (1947-1949)

Acting Director of the Shakhristan Machine-Tractor Station (1949)

Head of the personnel training department of the Leninabad Silk Combine (1949)

Released secretary of the party committee of the Leninabad Cannery Combine (1950-1951)

Head of the industrial-transport-administrative-trade-financial department of the Leninabad City Party Committee (1951-1953)

Manager of the Pamir Motor Trust in Osh, Kyrgyzstan (1953-1954)

Released secretary of the party committee of the Kayrakum Carpet Combine (1960-1962)

Notable Achievements

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Rausulov was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd Class, two Orders of the Badge of Honor, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, and numerous medals. He was also a Merited Cultural Worker of Tajikistan.

Party Leadership and Public Service

Rausulov was a member of the Communist Party of Tajikistan from 1944. He was repeatedly elected to the Supreme Soviet of the Tajik SSR and various city and regional councils. He also held leading positions in the Central Committee, regional and city committees of the party.

Later Years

After his retirement from political office, Rausulov served as the Director of the Botanical Garden in Khujand from 1985 to 1991. He then worked as the Deputy Director of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan in Khujand until 1995.

Family and Legacy

Rausulov was married to Bibituhta, and they had six children, 20 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren. His dedication to public service and his contributions to society left an enduring legacy that continues to inspire generations.
