Transition to Yoga

Anatoliy's transition to yoga was influenced by a seminar conducted by A. Sidersky, which served as a powerful catalyst for his development. He subsequently embarked on independent practice, which eventually led him to become a yoga teacher. Anatoliy's mastery of asanas, or yoga poses, was so high that even graduates of circus schools would find it challenging to compete with him.
