Andy Peters, an English television presenter, voice actor, and model agency owner, was born on July 29, 1970, in London, England, United Kingdom. He received his education at the co-educational independent school Emanuel in Battersea, southwest London.

Early Career

Peters initially appeared on television as a member of the Children's BBC program, gaining technical experience. He worked alongside a puppet duck named Edd with green hair, alongside Andy Crane. He was mainly associated with youth shows and hosted "Freetime" on ITV. However, his most popular appearance was as the beloved children's character Edd from the Children's BBC program "The Broom Cupboard."

Over time, Peters left "The Broom Cupboard" and moved on to another children's program, "Live & Kicking," co-hosting with Emma Forbes from 1993 to 1996.
