Biography of Anita Grube
Anita Grube was a Soviet and Latvian actress, born on July 13, 1955, in Sigulda, into a family of forestry worker. She completed her education at the 1st Sigulda Secondary School in 1973 and later graduated from the Theater Faculty of the Latvian State Philharmonic in 1977.
After completing her studies, Grube joined the J. Rainis Art Theater (Dailis Theater) as an actress. She also worked as a guest actress on the stage of the New Riga Theater. Grube began her career in the film industry with small roles in films produced by the Riga Film Studio. She made her debut in an episodic role in the film "Don't Be Afraid, I Won't Give You Away!" directed by Boleslav Ruzh in 1974.
