Early Life and Education
Asset Issekeshev was born on August 17, 1971, in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. He studied law at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, graduating in 1994. In 1998, he completed his education at the Higher School of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan.
