Under his leadership, the channel expanded its reach nationwide and launched innovative projects.

Founding Alash Media Group and Tengrinews

In 2008, Kazibaev founded Alash Media Group, which became one of Kazakhstan's largest media holdings. In 2010, he launched Tengrinews, a news portal that quickly gained popularity. In 2014, Kazibaev launched "Victors," a database chronicling Kazakhstani World War II veterans.
