Boris Mikhailovich Velichkovsky (born on [birth date]) is a renowned Russian, Soviet, and European psychologist. He studied at Moscow State University's Faculty of Psychology and Humboldt University of Berlin's Physics Faculty from 1966 to 1971.

In the 1970s, Velichkovsky collaborated with prominent psychologists A.N. Leontiev and A.R. Luria. He served as Luria's assistant in the Department of General Psychology and as an associate professor at Moscow State University's Faculty of Psychology.
