Brandon Chicotsky: Turning Baldness into Profit

A Unique Business Idea

Brandon Chicotsky is the founder of BaldLogo, a project that places advertisements on bald heads. The American entrepreneur managed to turn his own disadvantage into an asset and learned to make money from it. He came up with the idea of using his bald head as advertising space, and today he earns a decent income by renting out his personal ad space for $320 a day.

The BaldLogo Project

BaldLogo.com is the name of Chicotsky's innovative project. It specifically targets those who have started losing or have already lost their hair. Instead of lamenting his own hair loss, Chicotsky found a simple solution – turning his bald head into valuable advertising space. He refers to this concept as "revitalizing social marketing," and the effectiveness of this form of advertising on the streets has proven to be impressive.

A Personal Connection

Chicotsky openly shares that he himself began losing his hair while he was a graduate student at New York University. Hair loss runs in his family, so he was prepared for this eventuality. Rather than spending hours in front of the mirror or searching for hair-strengthening solutions, he decided to create his own project. While it couldn't bring back his lost hair, it compensated for the emotional impact by turning it into a source of financial gain.

The BaldLogo Business Model

The BaldLogo project involves applying temporary advertising tattoos on people's bald heads. The fee for renting this advertising space is $320 a day. Chicotsky never faced a lack of clients from the start, and he even used his own head to advertise BaldLogo. The simplicity and genius of the idea became evident immediately.

Expanding the Business

In 2012, when the company was just starting out, Chicotsky had three "bald angels" working for him. However, he plans to expand his agency base and hopes to take his business beyond the city of Austin in Texas. Chicotsky attributes his success to his strong work ethic and desire to work hard. He admits that his level of activity can be overwhelming but believes it motivates those around him.

Additional Projects

Apart from BaldLogo, Chicotsky is also involved in several other projects such as WriterGhost.com, OnCallSocialMedia.com, ReaderGhost.com, and DrumsTraining.com. His energetic personality generates a multitude of ideas, and he admits to getting very little sleep in order to accomplish as much as possible in life.
