Biography of Chris Lemmon

Christopher Boyd Lemmon, better known as Chris Lemmon, was born on January 22, 1954, in Los Angeles, USA. He grew up in an acting family, with his mother being the famous Hollywood actress Cynthia Stone and his father, the actor Jack Lennon.

During his school years, Chris devoted a lot of time to playing the piano, showcasing his musical abilities. After graduating from high school, Lemmon enrolled at the California University of the Arts.

Early Career

Chris Lemmon made his film debut in 1977, playing a small role in the movie "Airport 77". His father had the leading role in the same film. He then went on to have small roles in TV series such as "Mirror, Mirror", "CHiPs", and "Knots Landing".

In 1981, the actor starred in the film "Just Before Dawn" as Jonathan, a role that received positive reviews from critics and established Lemmon as a professional actor. For several years, he continued to play small supporting roles in various projects.

Mainstream Success

In 1986, Lemmon landed the leading role in the film "Weekend Warriors", alongside actors Lloyd Bridges, Vic Tayback, and Graham Jarvis. The movie achieved moderate box office success. Two years later, in 1988, he portrayed Henry Brilliant in the film "Yellow Pages".

In 1993, Lemmon played the role of Martin "Bru" Brubaker in the film "Thunder in Paradise", working alongside renowned wrestler Hulk Hogan. The TV series became a national favorite and led to Lemmon reprising his role in the sequels "Thunder in Paradise II" and "Thunder in Paradise III".

Later Work and Writing Career

In 2008, Lemmon had a small role in the short film "Inside 'The Apartment'". He also appeared in several notable films alongside his father, including "Dad", "Airport 77", and "That's Life!".
