In September 2012, Decker fell off a chair and herniated a disc, resulting in PSAS. As he was being transported to the hospital, he experienced five orgasms along the way, making him the first person to publicly acknowledge the seriousness of this distressing syndrome. Medical literature suggests that damage to the pelvic nerves can lead to heightened sensitivity in the affected area, causing individuals like Decker to fear experiencing orgasms in public.
The Emotional and Physical Toll
Decker describes the emotional toll of PSAS, recounting situations where he has had multiple orgasms in inappropriate settings, such as at a funeral. He expresses his deep aversion towards such occurrences, stating that even though he may feel physically satisfied, he experiences complete revulsion towards the situation. Harris warns that without proper assistance, Decker may be at risk, as individuals suffering from this condition often contemplate suicide when they feel there is no other way to resolve their situation.
