Dave Crenshaw's journey towards becoming a successful business coach and time management expert began when he was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) during a meeting with a clinical psychologist. Instead of letting this diagnosis deter him, Crenshaw took it as a personal challenge. He developed simple systems that helped him and later many other business leaders effectively manage their time.

In 2008, Crenshaw published his book "The Myth of Multitasking," which Dennis Lythgoe described as an honest and satirical book that challenges one of the most discussed social myths of the modern era.
