Early Life and Career
Born in Ukraine, Andrienko's passion for football began at the tender age of ten. He also excelled in athletics, winning the Crimean Championship at age eleven. Despite the absence of formal youth academies, he honed his skills playing for local housing association teams.
Youth Development
At age twelve, Andrienko joined Simferopol's sports boarding school. His talent quickly caught the attention of FC Tavriya Simferopol, where he played from 1997 to 2000. He made his debut in Ukraine's top-flight, the Vyshcha Liha, in 1998.
Club Career
Andrienko's journey as a professional footballer continued with stints at several Ukrainian clubs, including Titan Armyansk, Metalurh Donetsk, Poligraftekhnika, SKA-Enerhiya, and Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih.
FC Dnipro
In 2004, Andrienko joined FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, where he spent five seasons until 2009. During this period, he showcased his defensive abilities and contributed to the club's success, earning a bronze medal in the Ukrainian Premier League in 2001/02.
Return to Kryvbas
After a brief departure, Andrienko returned to Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih in 2009, where he continued to ply his trade as a skilled defender.
