Early Life

Dmitry Romanov was born on January 8, 1985, in Odessa, Ukraine. He graduated high school in 2001 with a silver medal and subsequently enrolled in the Lomonosov Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, majoring in grain storage and processing engineering.

Involvement in Humor

During his university years, Romanov developed a passion for humor and joined the Republican Shkid team in the Ukrainian KVN League. This experience ignited his realization that humor was his true calling.

Comedy Career

After graduating, Romanov and his teammate Yevhen Voronetsky formed the "Made by Hand" duo for Comedy Odessa and Comedy Kyiv. He also appeared on the Ukrainian television show "Faina Yukrayina."

Moscow Relocation

In 2010, Romanov moved to Moscow and began working on the Russian adaptation of the sitcom "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" for the TNT channel. He simultaneously studied at Herman Sidakov's acting school.

Rise to Stardom

Romanov's career took a significant turn in 2012 when he became a headliner for the "Stand Up" project on TNT channel. He also participated in the festival "Big Difference in Odessa" and hosted the "Bunkero News" program on REN TV.
