Artistic PracticeEkaterina Sokolovskaya is a renowned artist and sculptor whose work delves into the tactile and intimate realms of the human experience. Sokolovskaya's sculptures challenge traditional notions of sculpture in public spaces. Education and Career
Born and based in Moscow, Sokolovskaya holds a Master's degree in Curatorial Studies from the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University. She also graduated with a degree in Architectural and Decorative Plastic Arts (Sculpture) from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Art and Design named after A. Shtiglitz.
Sokolovskaya has honed her skills through various programs and residencies, including the School of Involved Art in St. Petersburg and the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, Poland. She has also participated in numerous workshops and residencies around the world, expanding her knowledge and artistic horizons.
