Elise Neal, an American actress, was born in 1966 in Memphis, Tennessee. From a very young age, Elise dreamed of dancing and excelled in ballet, contemporary ballroom dance, and classical dance. After finishing school, she toured the country as part of dance ensembles, gradually making her way into musical theater and eventually landing roles in musicals.
