Early Life and Education

April 6, 1981:Eliza Coupe was born in Plymouth, New Hampshire, to Ernest and Katherine Coupe. Growing up in a household with two brothers, Coupe discovered her comedic sensibilities amidst an "eccentric group of people." Despite struggling with focus in school, Coupe excelled in drama, starring in "Anything Goes" and "Dancing at Lughnasa." She graduated from California Institute of the Arts in 2006.

Acting Beginnings

In 2006, Coupe burst onto the scene with her award-winning one-woman sketch show "Patriots." This led to her film debut in "The Day the World Saved Shane Sawyer." After appearing in various television shows, she secured a recurring role in "12 Miles from Bad Road."
