The Ring-bearer and the Fellowship

In Lothlórien, Galadriel gifts him a phial filled with starlight, which proves essential in their encounter with the giant spider, Shelob.
Betrayal and the Choice
The Fellowship disbands on the banks of the Anduin River. Boromir succumbs to the Ring's allure and attempts to seize it from Frodo. However, Frodo decides to continue his mission alone, with Sam's unwavering support. They are later joined by Gollum, a pitiable creature driven by his desire for the Ring.
The Destruction of the Ring and Aftermath
Guided by Gollum, Frodo and Sam reach Mount Doom. In a moment of weakness, Frodo claims the Ring for himself but is ultimately redeemed through the intervention of Gollum, who inadvertently destroys both himself and the Ring.
After the War of the Ring, Frodo and Sam are rescued by giant eagles and witness the coronation of Aragorn. Though he has emerged victorious, Frodo is deeply scarred by his experiences and struggles to recover fully.
Legacy and Departure
Frodo spends his remaining years writing an account of his adventures. Two years later, he departs from Middle-earth for the Undying Lands of Valinor, accompanied by Gandalf, Elrond, and Galadriel.
