Galam Cennalath became King of the Picts in 576 or 578 AD and reigned until 580 AD.
Chronicle of the Picts
According to the Chronicle of the Picts, Galam Cennalath ruled for either two or four years. For one year, he co-ruled with Brude I. Some historians believe that there may have been interruptions during Galam's reign, but this may have been a scribal error.
