Heather Vandeven, an American model and actress, was born in Hollywood, California, and attended high school in Santa Rosa. From a young age, Heather was a sporty girl. She enjoyed skateboarding, claimed to be able to run a mile in seven minutes, could do ten pull-ups, and was just as good as any boy her age at push-ups.

After graduating from high school at the age of 17, Heather served in the United States Army, working in food inspection for two years. Alongside her military service, she obtained a degree from Southern Illinois University while also exploring her interest in erotic photography.

In January 2006, Heather was chosen as "Pet of the Month" by Penthouse magazine, and in 2007, she received the title of "Pet of the Year." In April 2007, she appeared in the TV show "On The Lot." In 2008, she portrayed herself in the college comedy film "College."
