Henry Hallam - A Brave Fighter
A Happy Birthday SurpriseHenry Hallam is a 4-year-old British boy who suffers from a very aggressive form of cancer called neuroblastoma. Despite his condition, on his fourth birthday, Henry felt incredibly happy as he received over 700 birthday cards filled with well wishes from all around the world. Henry was born with neuroblastoma, a disease that unfortunately gives him a bleak prognosis. However, his parents, Elsbeth and Mike, are determined to make their son as happy as possible, regardless of the time he has left.

A Heartwarming Idea
Elsbeth came up with the idea of sending Henry cards to bring him joy. She posted an appeal on the internet, asking people to send her sick son a birthday card. To their surprise, the response was overwhelming. People from all corners of the globe, including Japan, Australia, France, Germany, Tanzania, and America, sent Henry cards, wishing him a speedy recovery and good luck. Although Henry spent his birthday in the hospital, undergoing intense treatment, he was amazed when he returned home and saw the mountain of cards. Strangers from all over the world showed their support and love for him.

A Guinness World Record
When the number of cards reached over 700 and they continued to arrive, Elsbeth and Mike decided to apply for a Guinness World Record. Although there was no existing category for this record, they hoped that Henry's achievement would inspire the creation of a new category. Along with the cards, Elsbeth was able to raise funds for Henry's treatment through a special foundation. This British family's struggle and Henry's journey touched the hearts of people all over the world.

Hope for a Brighter Future
It is known that American doctors have the potential to help Henry, as there are medical treatments available in the United States that are not yet accessible in the UK. Once the necessary funds are raised, Henry's parents are ready to take him to the States for treatment. Henry also has a one-year-old sister named Georgina, whom he adores. The effectiveness of Henry's latest treatment will be determined later. Unfortunately, the form of cancer he has is extremely dangerous, and the chances of a relapse are dishearteningly high. Nevertheless, Henry Hallam continues to fight and dreams of growing up to become Superman.
