If she had waited a little longer, her overly heavy breasts could have broken her ribs and crushed her lungs. The doctors decided that an immediate operation was necessary. Within six hours, surgeons removed around 16 kilograms of flesh from Julia's breasts. After the surgery, Manihuary became the happy owner of breasts of a completely normal size - 34B. The doctors faced a difficult task as they had to remove the excess flesh carefully without damaging the arteries and veins passing through the chest cavity. However, they carried out the procedure brilliantly. Manihuary herself could not be happier. She admitted to journalists that before her trip to Lima, she was unable to do anything. Her gigantic breasts hung down to her feet and showed no signs of stopping their growth. Her skin suffered from severe stretch marks, and the immense weight made it difficult for her to breathe properly. The recovery period after the surgery went more than successfully for Manihuary. The hospital director, Dr. Zarela Solis, confirmed to the press that Julia would soon return home, where her children eagerly awaited her. Now, Manihuary can enjoy a normal, ordinary life, and the likelihood of her body going crazy again is extremely low.
