Karen Chukhadzhian, an Armenian-Ukrainian professional boxer, was born on April 23, 1996, in Kyiv, Ukraine. Embarking on his boxing journey at the tender age of 11, he showcased his prowess by earning the title of Master of Sports of Ukraine in 2014.

Amateur Career Highlights

In 2015, Chukhadzhian made a remarkable appearance in the "Super 8" tournament, securing the second-place spot. This achievement propelled him into professional boxing.

Professional Debut and Title Contentions

Guided by former WBA world champion Vyacheslav Senchenko, Chukhadzhian made his professional debut under the wing of the Ukrainian promotion company Sparta Boxing Promotions. In 2017, he triumphed against Steve Suppan, claiming the WBO Youth World Champion belt. Continuing his momentum, he successfully defended his title against Enes Ciftci in 2018.

WBC Youth Silver Champion

In October 2018, at the 56th WBC Congress, Chukhadzhian defeated Dylan Loza, earning him the prestigious WBC Youth Silver title. He subsequently defended the belt against Carlos Mohammed Rodriguez in 2019.

WBO International Champion

On February 1, 2020, Chukhadzhian outboxed the undefeated Sergey Vorobyev in Kaliningrad, Russia, capturing the WBO International title.
