Kei Nishikori: A Rising Star in Tennis
Early Life and CareerKei Nishikori, a Japanese tennis player, was born on December 29, 1989. He stands at 5'11" (178 cm) and weighs 150 lbs (68 kg). Nishikori began playing tennis at the age of five and turned professional in 2007. He is right-handed and uses a double-handed backhand. His coach is Brad Gilbert.
Breakthrough and Recognition
In February 2008, at the age of 18, Nishikori made headlines by winning the Delray Beach Open. He became the youngest ATP tournament winner since 1998. For his remarkable achievement, he was named the "ATP Newcomer of the Year."

Nishikori has participated in several Grand Slam tournaments throughout his career. In 2010, he reached the third round of the US Open, defeating Marin Cilic and Evgeny Korolev in qualifying.
