Kim Bo-Kyung is a renowned South Korean footballer who plays as a midfielder for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and the South Korean national team. He has achieved notable success throughout his career, including securing bronze medals at the 2011 AFC Asian Cup and the 2012 Olympic Games.

Early Career and Professional Debut

Kim's football journey began at Hongik University's collegiate team in Seoul, where he honed his skills from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, he ventured into professional football with Japanese club Cerezo Osaka. While with the team, he was promptly loaned to Oita Trinita in the Japanese second division. On March 7th, he made his debut for Oita in an away match against Kashiwa Reysol. In a remarkable display, Kim scored his first professional goal, but his team ultimately lost 1-2.

International Representation

At the international level, Kim represented South Korea's U-20 team from 2007 to 2009, accumulating 21 appearances and scoring six goals. He also displayed his prowess at the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup, making four appearances and scoring twice. Since 2009, he has played for South Korea's U-23 squad.

Kim's senior international debut occurred on January 9th, 2010, in a friendly match against Zambia. In the same year, he secured a place on South Korea's roster for the FIFA World Cup in South Africa but did not play during the tournament.
