Leonid Mikhailovich Nuzybrokh
Early Life and EducationLeonid Mikhailovich Nuzybrokh was born on February 20, 1949, in the Moldovan city of Cahul. His mother, Leah Leibowna, was born in 1920 and passed away in 2005. His father, Mikhail (Menashe) Khaimovich, lived from 1914 to 1974.
Professional Career
After serving in the army in Kazakhstan from 1968 to 1970, Nuzybrokh returned to Moldova and worked in various fields to earn a living. These included project design, construction, finance, and production, rising steadily through the ranks from a design technician at the "Moldgiproavtodor" design institute to General Director of the joint venture "ROBI" in 1990.
Emigration to Israel and Literary Career
In 1998, Nuzybrokh moved to Israel and settled in Ashdod. He joined the Union of Writers of Israel in 2008 and established the Literary Salon in 2009 in collaboration with Galina Agaronova. Nuzybrokh has achieved recognition as an author, winning awards in Israel and international literary competitions.
Literary Works
Nuzybrokh has written since 1963, and his literary works span a range of genres, including poetry, short stories, novels, film scripts, and newspaper articles. His debut publication was the book of prose and poetry "In Debt to Memory" (1995). In Israel, he has contributed to more than 90 literary anthologies and publications.

Family
Nuzybrokh's son, Eduard Leonidovich Nuzybrokh, was born in Cahul in 1982. Eduard is a multiple champion in weightlifting and studies Kabbalah. He is also an author and public speaker.
