Biography of Linda Stepnikova
Linda Stepnikova was born in Prague in 1976 and quickly gained attention due to her extraordinary looks. At the age of 16, she became an internationally recognized model.
In 1995, Linda began her career as a DJ, becoming a resident at the "Radost FX" club, the first techno club in Prague. Within six months, she was already playing alongside renowned DJs such as Carl Cox, Jeff Mills, and Marusha, and performing at Mayday1996.
In 1997, Linda was named one of the top three new DJs by Frontpage Magazine. Since then, she has performed at every Love Parade. In the same year, Linda released her first singles and album on her own label, "Laser Girl".
Continuing her success, Linda became a resident DJ at the "Oxa" and "Sensor" clubs in Switzerland in 1998. By this time, she had already performed in Germany, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Spain, Norway, and America. Her energetic and explosive sets on three turntables, combined with the aesthetics of nightlife and glamour, have made her an internationally recognized DJ.
In 2001, Linda's record "El Mundo" was released on the Muller Records label and became the label's biggest success. The track "Lifemaster" from this record was licensed for Marusha's mix on the Non-stop Mix CD Proton, the "Essential Underground - Compilation" on DJ-sets.com, and John Aquaviva Mix CD. Additionally, Linda was invited to Ibiza to perform at Sven Vaht's Cocoon Event.
