Lowell Bailey is an American biathlete who made history by becoming the first and only male champion in biathlon from North America. He was born on July 15, 1981, in Sackets Harbor, New York.

In 2017, Bailey became the World Champion in the individual race, making him the only American to ever win a biathlon world championship title.
