Early Life and Modeling Career

Lucien Laviscount was born on June 9, 1992, in Burnley, England, to parents of Antiguan and English descent. He has two brothers, Louis and Jules. From a young age, Laviscount was exposed to the world of fitness as both his parents were bodybuilders. He would often train in the gym after school.

At the age of 10, Laviscount's modeling career began unexpectedly. While shopping, he approached a saleswoman whom he found attractive. His mother encouraged him to introduce himself, and the woman was impressed with his charm. She invited Laviscount to audition for a clothing brand campaign, which featured him as the face of Marks & Spencer's children's line in collaboration with David Beckham. During a break from filming, Laviscount's playful antics caught Beckham's attention, and the iconic footballer encouraged him to pursue acting.

Acting Debut and Television Roles

Inspired by Beckham's advice, Laviscount enrolled in a theater school in Bury, studying drama and dance. He soon landed his first acting role in an episode of the soap opera "Clocking Off." However, he gained regular exposure after the age of 14.

Laviscount's early filmography includes episodic appearances in popular series such as "Shameless" and "Skins." He also had recurring roles in "Grange Hill," "Coronation Street," and "Waterloo Road." Additionally, he was cast as the lead in the proposed "Supernatural" spin-off, which was canceled after the pilot episode.

In 2015, Laviscount joined the debut season of the horror-comedy series "Scream Queens." Despite initially being rejected after his audition, he was brought back by creator Ryan Murphy, who wrote a storyline specifically for his character, Earl Grey.

Breakthrough with "Emily in Paris"

Laviscount's breakout role came with the Netflix comedy-drama series "Emily in Paris." He auditioned for the second season and was later cast as Alfie, a charming English banker who becomes a romantic interest for the protagonist, Emily. Laviscount drew inspiration from personal experiences to create a layered and relatable character.

Personal Life

Laviscount has been known for his relationship with several high-profile women. He has been linked to Little Mix singers Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson, as well as fellow "Celebrity Big Brother" contestant Sophie Reade. He also dated "Scream Queens" co-star Keke Palmer and "Coronation Street" and "Waterloo Road" actresses Brooke Vincent and Chelsee Healey.

Laviscount had a serious relationship with "Celebrity Big Brother" contestant and television personality Kerry Katona, despite their 12-year age difference. However, they eventually broke up due to Katona's concerns about Laviscount's immaturity and his alleged flirtations with other women.

Recent Projects and Future Endeavors

In 2023, Laviscount starred in the science-fiction thriller "The Beacon," which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He is currently filming the upcoming television series "Starling."

With his diverse acting abilities and growing popularity, Lucien Laviscount continues to make waves in both television and film. His talent and charisma have earned him a dedicated fanbase, and he is destined for even greater success in the years to come.
