Arrival at Lazio
In 2007, Cavanda made a significant move to Lazio in Rome. Walter Sabatini, the club's sporting director, played a key role in his acquisition. Cavanda initially joined Lazio's Primavera squad in 2009.
Debut for Lazio
On December 17, 2009, Cavanda made his debut for Lazio's senior team in a Europa League match against Bulgarian club Levski Sofia. Unfortunately, Lazio suffered a 0-1 loss in that encounter.
Promotion to Senior Squad
