Massimo Bottura was born on September 30, 1962, in Modena, Italy. He is a renowned chef and the owner of the restaurant "Osteria Francescana" in Modena. According to the British magazine "Restaurants Magazine," his restaurant is ranked sixth among the top 100 restaurants in the world. "Osteria Francescana" is also recognized with two Michelin stars.

Early Career
In 1986, Bottura had the opportunity to pursue his passion for cooking and became the owner of his first trattoria, "Trattoria del Campazzo." He trained in the secrets of classical French cuisine under Georges Cogny and further honed his skills when Alain Ducasse invited him to work at "Le Louis XV" in Monaco for several months in 1992. Bottura continued his culinary education in New York and in 1995, he opened his own restaurant, "Osteria Francescana," in Modena.
