Matthew Ramón Barela, better known by his ring name Anarquia, is a former American professional wrestler. He was born on March 12, 1974. Barela began his wrestling career in 1999 in the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) promotion. He initially teamed up with Raul LaMotta as part of the tag team Los Locos. Together, they achieved success by winning the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship.

After their team disbanded, Barela continued wrestling on his own under the ring name Low Rider. He proved to be a talented wrestler, winning the heavyweight championship in the OVW promotion twice. One of his most memorable matches was against James Thomas, where he emerged victorious.

As a character, Barela was known for his fiery and outspoken personality, often incorporating Spanish words and phrases into his promos. On January 8, 2011, he competed in a three-way match against Cliff Compton in the Rage in the Cage event, but was defeated.

In March 2011, Barela made his debut in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as a surprise interference in a match between Hernandez and Matt Morgan, helping Hernandez secure the victory. He continued to interfere in matches, aligning himself with Hernandez and joining the anti-American faction known as Mexican America. On July 14, Barela and Hernandez defeated The British Invasion, becoming the top contenders for the TNA World Tag Team Championship. Although they were unable to win the championship initially, they eventually captured the title in a rematch.

Barela and Hernandez successfully defended their titles against various challengers, including D'Angelo Dinero and Devon. They also engaged in a storyline rivalry with Ink Inc. In October, they lost their titles to Crimson and Matt Morgan.

After his run in TNA, Barela returned to OVW and wrestled independently under his old ring name, Low Rider. On January 5, 2014, Barela teamed up with Sammy Guevara to defeat Barrett Brown and Bolt Brady in a match.
