Biography of Millie Simpson
Millie Simpson is a young British girl who has been living with fragile bones since birth. Born in Cheshire, England, Millie's mother, Stevie Simpson, learned about her daughter's condition when she was 34 weeks pregnant. Doctors shocked Stevie by informing her that even the slightest movement she made during pregnancy could result in a fracture for her unborn child. Some fractures had already healed by the time Millie was born, but new ones continued to appear at a faster rate than old ones disappeared.

A Miraculous Birth
Millie's arrival into the world was nothing short of a miracle. Coming into the world with 30 fractures, she defied the odds and survived such a traumatic birth. The news of her condition was a tremendous shock to her mother, who found it hard to fathom that her unborn child had already endured so many injuries. However, there was no time for Stevie to dwell on her worries as doctors understood that one of the fractures could potentially be life-threatening, especially if it affected Millie's ribs and compromised her breathing. Ultimately, it was decided to deliver Millie prematurely via cesarean section.

A Fragile Life
Despite overcoming the initial challenges at birth, Millie's bones remain exceptionally fragile. Regularly taking special strengthening medications and undergoing therapeutic procedures, Millie's path to complete healing is still far from reach. The simplest movements, such as rolling over in bed, pose a risk for her to sustain further fractures. Millie is unable to walk independently, as even her own body weight could easily result in broken legs.
A Strong Spirit
At just two years old, Millie demonstrates an astonishing strength of character and a will to live. Her parents, Stevie and Tyler Simpson, firmly believe in their daughter's resilience. They are confident that despite her young age, Millie possesses the determination necessary to overcome any illness. The Simpson family remains hopeful that with time, Millie's condition will improve, and she will continue to defy the limitations imposed by her fragile bones.
