Uttara "Navi" Ravat was born in Malibu, California, to a father of Uttranchali Indian descent and a German mother. Blessed with exotic features, a slender figure, and long legs, Ravat pursued her talent for writing by enrolling in the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University to study American Literature.

Career Breakthrough

While studying at NYU, Ravat found herself drawn to the allure of the stage and screen. Upon graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she quickly landed minor roles in television series such as "Popular" and "Roswell," as well as the 2001 feature film comedy "Jack the Dog."
