Nina Abramova, a fitness enthusiast and author, was born on February 9, 1972, in Sevastopol. In 1982, she moved to St. Petersburg with her parents. She started teaching aerobics in 1989 and later participated as a dancer and choreographer in the "Body Dance" program (cassette No. 5). Currently, she works as a trainer, creating customized fitness routines for athletes. She has trained and prepared a Russian fitness champion in the junior category in 2000.

She also reached the finals in the European Championship in 1999, among many other achievements.
