Nora's life has been a tapestry of experiences. She was born in 1917 and married Fred Thomas at the age of 18. She worked as a chambermaid and a cook at a golf club. After Fred's passing in 1970, she found love again with Bert Witkiss, who passed away in the late 1980s.
The Secret to Longevity
Nora attributes her longevity to staying active, both physically and emotionally. "I've had a very good life, really," she says. "I've enjoyed it."
