Early Career and Education

Edgar Ghazaryan is an Armenian footballer who plays as a forward for Alashkert FC and Armenia's youth national team. Hailing from the renowned Banants football academy, he has demonstrated exceptional attacking prowess and is considered a promising talent.

Banants FC

Ghazaryan began his professional career with Banants FC in 2007, competing in the Armenian Premier League. He made significant contributions to the club, helping them win the Armenian Cup and a silver medal in the league championship that year. Additionally, he represented Banants in the Armenian Cup on several occasions, reaching the final three times.

Attempted Transfer and Return

In July 2008, Ghazaryan's transfer to FC Dilijan was announced but was ultimately unsuccessful. He returned to Banants, citing a lack of consistency in playing time, which had affected his physical condition and focus.

Transfer to Impuls FC

During the summer transfer window the following year, Ghazaryan secured a 1.5-year contract with FC Impuls. He gained stability in his playing time, as the club's then-coach, Armen Gyulbudaghyants, favored young players like Ghazaryan.
