Early Life and Gymnastics Career
Olga Lomonosova was born in Donetsk, Ukraine, into a family of a construction worker and an economist. At a young age, she displayed exceptional flexibility and pursued gymnastics, training at the Olympic reserve school in Kyiv.
Rejection and Success in Dance
Despite her mother's aspirations for her to become a ballerina, Olga's attempts to enter the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg proved unsuccessful. However, she was accepted into the Kyiv Choreographic School in 1998.
Love and Transition to Acting
In 1997, Olga left Kyiv for Moscow after falling in love. Despite concerns, she passed the entrance exams to the Shchukin Theatre Institute with ease. Inspired by her passion for acting, she enrolled in Rodion Ovchinnikov's class.
