Biography of Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok
Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok was a Ukrainian businesswoman and the president of the Bayadera Group of Companies. Born on March 4, 1954, in the city of Gorlovka, Donetsk region, Ukraine, she graduated from the Slavianskiy Pedagogical Institute. Before entering the business world, she held the position of deputy mayor of Gorlovka.

Establishment of Bayadera
In the early 1990s, Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok earned her first money. In 1991, her son Svyatoslav established Bayadera as a small private enterprise specializing in the sale of imported alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, chocolate, and chewing gum. Olga left her comfortable and potentially profitable position as deputy mayor of Gorlovka in 1992 to help her son establish the private enterprise. Initially, the business was not easy for her, as she had no prior experience in trade while working in the public service. She had previously been involved with the police, healthcare, and education sectors. However, she was determined to learn and adapt.
Expansion and Success
In 1999, Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok opened a branch of the company in Kyiv and relocated to the capital city the following year. Her alcohol business started to thrive. Nineteen years after joining the business, Bayadera became a leading Ukrainian company in the production and distribution of alcoholic beverages. It represented 14 of its own vodka and wine brands in Ukraine and Russia. The private enterprise grew into a group of companies, with 16 branches throughout Ukraine and a representation in Russia. Under Olga Vladimirovna's presidency, the group employed nearly 4,300 people.
Retail Trade and Rankings
In addition to her involvement in the Bayadera Group, the Nechitailo-Rizhok family actively engaged in retail trade. Over the years, Olga's son, Svyatoslav, focused on managing his own network of grocery supermarkets called "EcoMarket," which had several stores throughout Ukraine. This network continued to grow even during the crisis.
Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok ranked 40th in the first Ukrainian Forbes rating in April 2011, with a fortune of $233 million. In 2011, the magazine "Korrespondent" estimated her wealth at $476 million, placing her 26th in the "Golden Hundred" ranking. She also ranked 62nd in the "Focus" magazine's list of the 200 richest people in Ukraine, with a fortune of $290.1 million. In 2010, Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok was included in the top 25 most successful businesswomen in Ukraine by the publication "Focus," which listed her as having 4,296 subordinates.
Demise
Olga Nechitailo-Rizhok passed away on October 5, 2012, after battling cancer.
