Early Life and College Career

High School

Paul George attended Knight High School in Palmdale, California. As a senior, he averaged 23.4 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game.

College

George played college basketball at Fresno State from 2008-2010. As a freshman, he averaged 14.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game. In his sophomore season, he improved his averages to 16.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per game.

NBA Career

Indiana Pacers

George was drafted with the 10th overall pick by the Indiana Pacers in the 2010 NBA Draft. He made his NBA debut on October 27, 2010, against the San Antonio Spurs. In 2013, he was named the NBA's Most Improved Player after averaging 17.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game.

Oklahoma City Thunder

On July 1, 2017, George was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis.

Los Angeles Clippers

After one season with the Thunder, George signed a four-year, $137 million contract with the Los Angeles Clippers in 2019. He has been named an NBA All-Star four times and has been selected to the All-NBA Team four times.

International Career

George represented the United States in the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup. However, he suffered a broken leg during a scrimmage and missed the entire 2014-2015 NBA season.
