Pavel Kraynov is an actor who was born in a creative family. His grandfather, Petr Demetr, was a renowned actor and one of the founders of the famous Romen Theater. His mother, Svetlana Kraynova, worked as a financial director in the film company "Debut." Growing up in this environment, Pavel was exposed to the world of cinema from a young age, even starring in a film at the age of four. However, during his school years, Pavel was more focused on sports, excelling in athletics, wrestling, swimming, volleyball, and football. He also trained in historical fencing in a stunt team led by Konstantin Kapustin.

After finishing school, Pavel Kraynov enrolled in the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) to study radio electronics for aircraft. He chose this path to avoid military service, as there was a military department at MAI. His excellent academic performance in school helped him gain admission to this prestigious institution. However, after completing his studies and obtaining an engineering degree, Pavel decided to pursue his passion for acting. He enrolled in the Russian Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) to study under the guidance of renowned professor Vsevolod Nikolaevich Shilovsky.

During his student years, Pavel Kraynov appeared in episodic roles in TV series such as "MUR is MUR" and "Persona Non Grata." He also worked as a stunt coordinator on the set of the fantasy film "Wolfhound of the Grey Hound Clan" and played a small role in the movie. These experiences led him to meet stunt coordinators Nika Paulo and Gustav Kuselitsa, who invited him to join Konstantin Kapustin's stunt team. Together, they worked on the famous historical film "300 Spartans," which was filmed in Germany.

In 2009, Pavel Kraynov graduated from VGIK. The same year, he was nominated for the prestigious Golden Mask award for his role as Stanley in the play "A Streetcar Named Desire" at the Vsevolod Shilovsky Theater Studio. He continued to collaborate with Shilovsky on several notable productions, including "The Only Number in the Male Gender" and "The Price of Life."

Pavel's breakthrough came in 2012 when he appeared in multiple films and TV series. He played Prince Shams in the historical series "Omar Khayyam. Chronicles of Legend," musician Vadim Loiko in the highly rated historical series "Marina Grove," and a doctor in the adventurous series "While the Fern is Blooming." His performance in these projects gained him recognition and established him as a prominent actor.
