Aoki honed his skills in the prestigious Machida Cooking School, where he learned the foundations of pastry-making. Following his education, he worked at the Chandon pastry shop in Tokyo.

An Adventurous Journey

In 1991, Sadaharu Aoki ventured to France, where he gained experience working at renowned restaurants such as Jean Millet and Couderc in Paris, as well as Girardet in Switzerland.

Establishing a Pastry Workshop

In 1998, Aoki opened his first pastry workshop in the seventh district of Paris. The following year, he relocated the workshop to the thirteenth district, taking his baking to a new level. This move allowed him to collaborate with prestigious Parisian restaurants and hotels.

Supplying Famous Fashion Houses

Aoki's talents soon caught the attention of notable fashion houses, including Kenzo, Yohji Yamamoto, Chanel, Ungaro, and Christian Dior. He began supplying his pastries to these renowned Parisian brands.

Consultant and Entrepreneur

As a result of his success, Sadaharu Aoki was invited to consult for major players in the food industry. In 2001, he opened his first pastry boutique in the sixth district of Paris, followed by a second boutique in the fifth district in 2003. Additionally, he expanded his presence in his hometown of Tokyo by opening pastry boutiques in 2005 and 2006.
