Her breakthrough came in Roberto Rossellini's 1959 drama "General Della Rovere," where she played a prostitute. In 1960, she portrayed Lolita in Antonio Pietrangeli's comedy "Adua e le Compagne."
Silver Screen Success
Milo's career soared as she starred in Federico Fellini's cinematic masterpieces. In "8½" (1963), she played Carla, earning a "Silver Ribbon" award. She also appeared in "Juliet of the Spirits" (1965), winning another "Silver Ribbon" for her roles as Suzy, Iris, and Fanny. Other notable performances include Yvonne in Luigi Zampa's "Summer Madness" (1963) and Giuliana Marlett in Dino Risi's "The Umbrella" (1966).
