Sasha Kennedy: The British Woman Who Drinks 20 Liters of Water a Day
Sasha Kennedy is a British woman who has a peculiar dependence on water. She lives off of water and consumes a minimum of 20 liters per day. Currently residing in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, Sasha is 26 years old and used to work in a shoe store. However, it is not her professional career that has gained her fame, but rather her strange addiction to water.

An Unquenchable Thirst
Sasha admits that she feels thirsty almost constantly, and she can only bear it until her mouth becomes unbearably dry. At that point, she reaches for her coveted bottle of water. She even confesses that she cannot sleep for more than an hour at night without waking up to drink. In a span of 24 hours, Sasha finds herself visiting the restroom at least 40 times. Despite undergoing medical examinations, no abnormalities or pathologies have been found in her. Therefore, it can be concluded that her excessive water consumption is due to a habit rather than a medical condition.

A Lifelong Addiction
Sasha's addiction to water began in early childhood, around the age of two. She would constantly throw tantrums and demand that her parents give her water. In order to appease her, they allowed her to drink as much as she wanted, as long as she stopped crying. Sasha now has two children of her own, who, unlike their mother, have normal drinking habits.

A Growing Consumption
By the time Sasha was 13 years old, she was already consuming around 12 liters, or 26 pints, of water per day. When she reached the age of 20, her daily intake had increased to 17 liters. As an adult, Sasha now drinks up to 44 pints, or 20.8 liters, of water every day. She confesses that when she feels thirsty, she cannot think about anything else until she has quenched her thirst. This obsession with water has made it difficult for Sasha to find suitable employment. Currently, she stays at home with her young children, drinking as much water as she desires.

An Unprecedented Case
Sasha Kennedy is a unique individual, as there are no known cases of anyone else having such an extreme dependence on water. However, it is important to note that this dependency could potentially pose a danger to her health. Despite the common belief that drinking a lot of water is beneficial, excessive consumption can have negative effects on the body. Therefore, Sasha must periodically consult with doctors to ensure her well-being.
