Serhiy Borzov was born in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, and graduated from the Vinnytsia Pedagogical University with a degree in History.

KVN Team DirectorFrom 2006 to 2011, Borzov served as the director of the KVN team "Vynnytskyi Pertsy." He then led the " сборной Украины" team as its director from 2011 to 2012.
