Russian and Israeli figure skater
Sergei Sakhnovski is a Russian and Israeli figure skater who is currently performing in various shows. He has had a successful career in both countries and has achieved notable accomplishments in the sport.

Achievements in Ice Dancing
Sakhnovski competed in ice dancing with Galit Chait, representing Israel. They became the first Israeli figure skaters to win a bronze medal at the World Championships in 2002. They also participated in three Olympic Games, finishing 14th in 1998, 6th in 2002, and 8th in 2006.
Early Career in Russia
Before moving to Israel, Sakhnovski represented Russia in ice dancing. He was partnered with Ekaterina Svirina and briefly with Marina Anisina. With Svirina, he won the Junior World Championships in 1993 and became a silver medalist in 1994.
Retirement and Show Performances
After the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Sakhnovski and Chait retired from competitive skating. Since then, Sakhnovski has been involved in various show performances. In 2007, he participated in the show "Ice Age" with Alexandra Savelyeva, a singer from the group "Fabrika." In the fall of 2008, he also took part in a similar show called "Star Ice" on RTR channel, where he was partnered with television presenter Dana Borisova.
