Theater Career

After graduating from the Mordovian studio of GITIS in 1949, Yurtaykin pursued his education at the VGIK in Moscow, where he studied under the renowned Sergei Gerasimov and Tamara Makarova. He graduated in 1953 and joined the Theater-Studio of Film Actors, where he remained a loyal member until 1990.
