Early Life
Sophia Tarasova was born on March 31, 2001, in Kyiv, Ukraine to Irina and Mikhail Tarasova. She has an older sister, Kristina. Tarasova exhibited a remarkable talent for music at an early age, joining the Glier Music Academy in Kyiv at just two years old. At six, she enrolled in the "Chunga-Changa" show theater, where she developed her acting skills.
Musical Career
Tarasova's competitive career began at 12 when she joined the "Voice. Kids" vocal reality show on Ukrainian television. Despite not reaching the finals, she gained valuable experience. In 2013, she triumphed at the "Children's New Wave" international contest, showcasing her exceptional vocal abilities despite performing with a sore throat.

Tarasova represented Ukraine at the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, finishing in second place.
