On May 13, 1993, Toni Watson was born in Victoria, Australia. Known as Tones and I, her journey into music began at a young age. "My aunty said, 'You can sing the best out of all of us,'" she recalled. "I think that was the earliest memory of someone saying I could sing."

Musical Beginnings

Inspired by her family's musical background, Tones and I taught herself to play the synthesizer and drums. She also joined the basketball team, finding solace in the sport alongside her passion for music.
